What was most meaningful? (Address salient learning points such as refinements, adaptations, meeting challenging moments, etc.)
Answer: Benita is a highly skilled MBSR teacher, able to examine and separate group process, individual work and her own perceptions of the class work in a highly evolved and experienced fashion. Much of our sessions was spent on examining her own process and wish to be as skillful a teacher as possible. She has an excellent grasp of the theoretical material as well as the skills necessary to deliver this course most effectively.
What would have improved the exchange?
Answer: Nothing that I can think of...I believe our sessions were rich and fulfilling on both parts.
Recommendations: (certification, further training, further supervision, more retreats, etc.)
Answer: Benita is more than ready to apply for certification. She has both a strong personal practice and a strong ability to teach from both the head and the heart. I cannot recommend her more highly and for see that, in the not so distant future, she will be a trainer of trainers. She is a super star!
