Forskning i MBSR

Der findes utrolig megen forskning i mindfulness, MBSR og MBI tilgængelig på nettet. Hos Det danske Institut for Stress har vi lavet et udpluk af denne forskningslitteratur, der bl.a. er med til at gøre MBSR til en evidensbaseret metode.
